1. Due to place limitations, not everyone who registers for events will be able to attend. No payment will be taken at registration only once attendance has been confirmed by Cosmopolitan.

2. No refund or exchange on any ticket except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller. If a refund is made, Cosmopolitan may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged.
3. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute events and/or vary advertised programs, venue, audience capacity.
4. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller's and the venue's terms of admission. All attendees must be over 18 years and their ID must reflect the ticketed name. Should tickets be purchased for another person, the name of this person must be provided to Cosmopolitan.
5. Cosmopolitan reserves the right to refuse entry to the Cosmopolitan Apartment.
6. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted. The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any event.
7. It is a condition of entry to individual events that a search of person and/or their possessions will be required at the time of entry to the venue, and at the time of exit from the venue.
8. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Cosmopolitan, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions), or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
9. It is a condition of entry that attendees are responsible for their actions at the Apartment, and any damaged is the responsibility of the person who caused it.
10. GST will apply to all goods and services supplied through this Site. Prices in this Site include GST where applicable.
